Festival VolunteersThe day-to-day running of the San Francisco Green Film Festival is made possible with the dedication and energy of over 200 green-minded volunteers who help plan and produce our year-round events and the annual festival, scheduled for March 1-7, 2012 at the San Francisco Film Society Cinema in Japantown.

If you are interested in volunteering for the SFGFF in any capacity simply use the ONLINE FORM.

CURRENT NEEDS: FESTIVAL VOLUNTEERS

Festival volunteers donate their time to help us run our busy schedule of screenings and events during the annual festival in March. Volunteers help with will-call, ticket taking, ushering, event set-up/break-down, driving guests, and myriad other tasks!

VOLUNTEER BENEFITS

All volunteer positions are unpaid, but have other benefits:

  • A working environment with many green-minded colleagues and the opportunity to build strong connections in the Bay Area green community.
  • A learning experience within the film festival world. This is useful experience for independent filmmakers, film students, event production, or those involved in non-profit arts/film organizations.
  • A great resumé builder!
  • Class credit, as applicable.
  • An active contribution to our work for a greener future on planet Earth! We could not produce this festival without your crucial efforts.
