TRANSPORTATION

The Cinema is located in Japantown on Post Street between Webster and Buchanan.
It is close to MUNI lines 2, 3, 22, 38, & 38L.
The Japan Center Garage entrance is located right in front of the cinema on Post Street, and can also be accessed from 1610 Geary Boulevard.

FESTIVAL PASSES
Avoid the lines with a Festival Pass! Passes give entry to all festival screenings and events March 1-7, 2012, including films, panels, filmmaker brunch, and the Opening and Closing Night Films & Parties. Passholders can take their seat in the theater ahead of the ticket line.

ADVANCE TICKETS
Advance tickets can be purchase by online at sfgreenfilmfest.org. There is a non-refundable processing fee of $1.50 per individual ticket, or $3 for a Festival Pass.

DAY-OF-SHOW TICKETS & WILL CALL
The box office at the Cinema opens 30 minutes prior to the first screening of the day.

“RUSH” TICKETS
Last-minute tickets—rush tickets—may be available just before show time when advance tickets have sold out. A rush line will form outside the venue before show time. Approximately ten minutes prior to the screening, empty seats are counted and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis to those in line. Rush tickets will only be sold to those actually waiting in line.

FINE PRINT
All pass and ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, substitutions or replacements permitted. No discounts on “rush” tickets. All persons must have a ticket or pass for entry.

You must be 21 years or older to attend the Opening Night Party or Closing Night Party. Proof of Age is required at the door.

We recommend that you come to a festival venue at least 30 minutes before the start of each screening. Ticket and Passholders MUST take their seats 10 minutes prior to show time. Ticket or passholders who do not arrive 10 minutes prior to show time cannot be guaranteed a seat even with a purchased ticket or pass. Any unclaimed seats will be released for sale to the public 10 minutes before show time; therefore, you must be seated at this time to ensure your admission. Barring any unforeseen technical difficulties, screenings will start on time.
